Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't this one already included in Stronghold: Crusader? To quote the page
Stronghold Crusader HD comes packaged with content from both the Stronghold Warchest and Stronghold Crusader Extreme, including an increased unit cap of 10,000, new missions and special Tactical Powers.

There's an expansion pack for F/A-18E Super Hornet called The Albanian Campaign. I wrongly assumed it would be bundled in the GOG version, but it seems it isn't.

I have it on disc but I've not tried to install it over the GOG version yet (the original F/A-18E without GOG fixes doesn't work on Windows 7).
