The campaign and maps exclusive to Disciples II: Rise Of The Elves Gold Edition seems to be missing from Disciple II Gold sold on GOG, although someone on the GOG forum was nice enough to provide a patch that was apparently offered for free back in the days which added these exclusive maps into Disciples II Gold. So it's all fine I suppose, although you might want to add the link to the patch to the completionist wiki.
