Hello, your customer service named Erendili mistakenly deleted my account (account binding email: [modded], in which I made many in-app purchases and spent lot of time playing).

In the process of our dialogue, a previous support ticket submitted by me ( #1073229), I want to retrieve an old account I used before. In the reply to him, I explicitly request to retrieve an old account I used before and connect it with the email address [modded], but the stuff named Erendili mistakenly deleted the account connect with [modded] which i am using now. The new account has been cancelled, Now my account displayed user not found status, and the old account still can't log in.

Please help me check whether I can retrieve the original account data. If not, I hope you can give me a satisfactory solution and deal with the customer service staff's work attitude and quality. Thank you!

Hmmm. I think this must be spam. The story itself is somewhat credible, but I haven't found any evidence this Erendili staff member exists, and if the story is true why would the account be more than 6 months old?

Edit: also, "in-app purchases" ? Looks like a copy-paste from some other store.

I'm expecting to be corrected tho.

That was sarcasm, and these are the GOG user forums. Posting this here will not help you solve any problems, you still have to go through GOG support to get a resolution to any such issues, real or imaginary.

The same way they resolve real issues, by completely ignoring them and responding with default text about using galaxy.
Bad, bad Erendili. Bad! Shame on you!

Promise to never do that again, ok? Never EVER delete the account connected with zhh2000522@163.com which the customer is using now, ever again!
