Nevermind, I can't read.

Men in Black currently has 33 votes. I remember playing the demo ages ago. In terms of combat and gameplay it's a lot like the original Resident Evil I believe, with pre-rendered 3D backgrounds and 3D characters. I remember that it had a very dark and spooky atmosphere (my favorite kind!) and you had to disarm a bomb in the demo, so it definitely has puzzle elements.

Mad Dog McCree  ⁞  Mad Dog II: The Lost Gold   ( © 1991-1992 American Laser Games  ―  Currently 60 and 36 votes )

Mad Dog McCree and his gang have kidnapped the Mayor and his daughter, and its up to you to rescue them. You must blast through bars and bank robberies to take the gang out and save everything you regard as good and true. Where the game differs from other Operation Wolf-influenced shoot-'em-ups is in the use of live video, with real people appearing on the screen before you shoot them down. You have unlimited continues with which to reach the end, so the actors will have their screen deaths seen by as many people as they would had they starred in a film.

Mad Dog II: The Lost Gold is the sequel to the original Mad Dog McCree, with pretty much the same gameplay and motion capture graphics. This PC conversion seems to have been tweaked a bit to be more stable than the original Mad Dog. There's also somewhat limited replay value as you can choose from 3 different guides for 3 different routes through the game.

The whole series is based on the hit TV show "Law & Order". Each game consists of two parts: the investigation and the trial. In the investigation part, you collect evidence, question witnesses and make analysis. In the trial part, you try to convict the suspect based on the evidence collected in the first part. Depending on how well you do in the investigation part of the game, the trial part will be easier / harder.

The games feature a point-and-click interface, difficulty levels, a travel map, inventory objects to collect and use, different scenarios and many non-player characters.

I was thinking about these games a few weeks ago!! I haven't checked on this thread in a while, so cool to see these here. I'd love to play through their cheese sometime.

In order to be eligible for the list in the original post, please check Rule #4: One game per post. It would fit the purpose of the topic if each game have their special posts. It would also help me to keep an accurate and easy to manage list. :)

Sorry about that!  You're right, and I was aware of that rule...

I thought it would be more useful to link all the games of the series in a single post, instead of posting 5 consecutive messages with the exact same description. I did the same for the "Mad Dog" series.

Don't worry, the other games on my list don't have sequels, "Law & Order" was the last entry with multiple games... Sorry for the inconvenience, I just wanted to be helpful. ;-)
Road Warrior (179 votes)
This game is crazy-weird. I got it when it was released and I had no idea it was even a sequel. Nothing on the packaging or in the game said anything about Quarantine or Quarantine II, it just said Road Warrior. I still have it, but of course it doesn't work. I'd love to see it here.

It's a 3D driving/demolition derby type game first and foremost, but there are dialogues and characters too to an extent (shit, kind of like twisted metal+GTA, not that I've played GTA games beyond the original, they don't interest me.) The artwork and attitude is done in a comic-book style, and it is bizarre to say the least - mad clowns and such. You play a Taxi Cab driver in a toxic future city of crime, exploitation of all kinds, and general filth. You pick up various characters and take them to different locations and complete missions against different enemies, trying to outrun, hide from, and most certainly destroy (bang bang with the car) with time limits, and other elements that are pretty much fun but a rough as well because of the production value/type of games at the times they were made.

check out thisvideo of it, haha!
