The game looks interesting.
This looks interesting. I will definitely be keeping an eye on it.

But I do have to say, the whole "the character has no idea who they are, uncover their past as you play" has got to be one of the most overused tropes in video games. Or at least it feels that way. I can't think of any other examples at the moment, but I feel like I read that basic idea in a game summary every other week or so.

Its a convenient plot device to explain the character needing cues to explain things it should know about itself or its world.

From the players' perspective, the character might as well be an amnesiac.

What a surprise... a kind of mix between RPG, action and adventure with open world and zenithal view. I've seen two curiosities today and loved them - thanks, GOG!

@Gog: You don't really help your case when you host and divulge a video that ends with "Wishlist now on Steam" written in outdoor letters, even if there's a tiny Gog logo below that.

Loved hob, and this definitely has a hob/Zelda vibe to it; wishlisted!

Having the character actually be an amnesiac is the easiest but worst way to deal with that. Personally, I wish more games would start off like Persona 4 with a couple of hours of story before getting to the actual game play :).

For sure, its a "lazy" way out of the problem.

It is probably the path of least resistance, hence why so many do it.

Convenience Insomnia also made them forgor to do basic human functions like walking, jumping, crouching, picking item and examining it. Even though they still able to remember super complicated stuff and events before even regaining their own identity. Video game logic at its hilarious best.
