Some gameplay at the end of this trailer.
To the wish list. Actually, the video game looks good. Thanks, GOG!
Woa, the graphic really resembles Don't Starve.
Hopefully these devs will treat Gog customers better than Klei..
Online, cooperative, survival, randomly generated, roguelike... all we're missing is "soulslike" to make it the least appealing sounding game imaginable :D
Wizzard with a gun and duster? Dresden, is that you?

"Wizard with a Gun is an online cooperative sandbox survival game" - and that works how exactly with offline installers? Is it, here is a demo of a game which is really online only like Absolver?

From the gamepage, accessed just now:

"Embark on a journey alone or with friends"

"Survive alone or with up to four other wizards in online cooperative play".

I assume this game is considered "DRM-free" because of the singleplayer mode, though without further information on how offline gameplay works I would say it is still hard to draw that conclusion. Strangely, no Galaxy requirement listed (yet. It is a "Coming Soon" game so perhaps that is also coming soon).

Honestly, I don't see how a game with "online" foremost in the description is the best fit for a DRM-free store especially when we are not far removed from the controversy over the Hitman Lame of the Year release (and, we still don't have an explanation on how that even happened in the first place).

Probably how games like Sins of a Solar Empire can be played online coop (vs AI) with offline installers. Just because the installers are offline doesn't mean the game is.

Depends though, if a game is meant to be online, then it can’t be drm free. The online part is the part which is outside the users ownership. In fact there is no point buying games like a silver unless you only plan to play it online and when the servers are gone so has the point of it.
Hey I emailed the Devs about the offline question here is the response:

>Hi Alex,

>Thanks for writing! Singleplayer can be played offline without an internet connection. On Steam, the Steam rules for offline play apply, whatever those currently are.

Don't know if GoG has "rules" for offline play...

I did not ask about any exclusive online content , levels, etc. But they sound like a good bunch so I think they will answer any other questions we might have.

Yep, just have to wait and see what “single player there is. Might be fine, can’t tell for now. Just the way it’s written on the game page.

Sure it can. Either through LAN or by including a server, which a number of games do.

It does not. The Steam rules are starting up the Steam client and then switching to offline mode, or something.
Magic and wild west combination is surprisingly always.... magical.
Look, the only wizard with a gun who I care about is Avatar from Wizards.
So is this still coming? Asking as not even a ''coming soon' 'page exists anymore last I checked
