My thoughts exactly... first game was great... I remember reading that the developer tried to get it on GOG and they said they weren't interested :(

I backed the new one and was sent an Epic code... game has been really shaping up, lot different than the first, but just as awesome, so glad to be able to buy an extra copy on GOG

In the case of the first game we luckily didn't lose much, as the game is already DRM-free on Steam, even the DLC only requires adding a text file. Which is great, since unlocking a particular Steam achievement can make the game harder for some playstyles.

It HAD a demo on Steam but it's no longer available. Let's see. Fromm the trailer, I'm a bt disappointed that enemies still move when the hero is still. I hoped they would retain that from the first game.
