amok: if you wanted a pc version, it was released from day one without the swasticas. so you do not want an version which is not censored (as it does not exist) you want the console version
Good to see I was correct. I did some research some time ago when I first noticed some weird flags and symbols where swastikas should have obviously been and it does seem that the PC version was censored from the start.

Still, would be nice to know how what they're going to do for the new updates. Keep it in? Remove it?

I'm excited like a virgin for her first date !
But what about the original versions ? Still available as separate entries ? As goodies ? Or removed ?

I want an answer from GOG.
I missed an obvious chance to make a pun, like:

Bloody good news!
Nice, especially considering compatibility with modern gamepads. I still haven't played either one since I've bought them here years ago. =/ At least I've completed the first before.... on a Gamecube. ;)

Ancient-Red-Dragon: Do these Terminal Cuts retain the censorship that was put into the previous versions?

Or do they uncensor the games back to how they were when they were first published?

I'd appreciate if someone could please post a clear & definitive answer to these questions. I hate buying censored games....which is why I never bought the censored previous versions from GOG.
When I read the word "Terminal Cut" I get the sense that it is an even more Woke version of Bloodrayne with even more censorship on top.

Or, y'know... it's a THQN-esque pun on the name of the dev, Terminal Reality.

Since I shouldn't have to mess around searching on each game's store page, I'll post this information here, which should have been part of the OP anyway, GOG! The new editions bring the following improvements:

Support for higher display resolutions (up to 4K / 3840×2160)
Improved rendering with up to 4x anti-aliasing
Upscaled cinematic videos
Support for modern gamepads (XInput controller support)
Improvements to lighting at engine level, plus fully reprocessed lighting data
Engine improvements to support uncompressed original textures
Improvements to effects such as reflections, water, fog, and shadows
Localizations include:
BloodRayne: Fully voiced with localized interfaces in English, French, Italian, Spanish
BloodRayne 2: Localized interface and subtitles for English, French, German, Italian, Spanish
Optimized for Windows 10

Thanks for this.
Updated versions, and i got both. Heh, might be worth a replay...
I guess that means I should mark these hidden, so I don't accidentally update them. It was hard enough getting them to work in wine the first time. I'm sure whatever engine/libraries they use will work like crap, at best, on Linux.

Good news! Don't own neither of the classic versions, still can't wait to see these enchanced babes as I was attracted the first time I looked into the originals.

Me too. But since I'm not overly optimistic I'm already downloading the old versions.

Hopefully they will stay, at least as goodies.

Can't say I'm surprised you crying again when somebody mentions censorship. GOG apologized.
