Sounds like a promising expansion. I enjoyed the original game immensely, and could have played half again more before i had my original fill. I'd also thought about replaying the game. Think i'll give it a go again once this is out.

The news article states if I you buy Superhot "ON" or before the 16th you get Mind Control Delete for free. Well I just bought Superhot and did not get MCD for free...

Because one hour ago the game was already released. Deadline was 4 hours ago. You've simply been too late with your purchase.

There was no actual time given. It didn't say "Until Mind Control is released." And the original Superhot is still on sale too.

Simple logic. Once the new game is released it's sold for its own price and is therefore not included in the "Buy SUPERHOT and get Mind Control Delete free" deal anymore.

Pretty much from all outlets that stated if you had gotten your copy of the original game free via Epic, XBL or wherever instead of buying it, you're not eligible for a free copy of Mind Control Delete. You had to have bought the original Superhot before today. I badly overlooked that part. Had I not, I technically could have gotten both the original and the new one for cheaper vs already having the original and paying for the new one.

Anyways, I'm still new to the digital copy stuff, less 2 years, so forgive if I don't know about old deals.
More of a physical medium guy.

No, I meant it was free on Epic a while back, though I completely understand not using it.

I'm guessing you meant underdiscounted on GOG then? I never really paid much attention to when and by how much it went on sale.

Yeah, on GOG, that's what I meant.
Anyways, discount never goes lower(higher?) than 60% here so it's a hard sell: $10 for 2hr story-mode.
I'm happy with the results of this 2 for 1 deal though, the new game is good :)

Well, I brought it, as it was with the free content. It has its gimmick the time moves when you do. Not sure I really get it though. Perhaps more for those who like tactical shooters rather than in your face ones. Still nice for the freebie.
