Something around 25 hours I heard, but I had at least 100 first playtrough. It depends on your style of playing. Now in my second playtrough I had lots of new encounters I missed before.

I would love to see that happen too.
I have Shenmue 1+2 on Steam; and recently got Shenmue 3 on Epic (since it was $6 after coupon).

I'd love to see all 3 Shenmues here on GOG, of course! The more places it's at, the better!
