Very nice, and releasing relatively soon (next Friday, I believe) as well.
Looks like a lot of fun, wishlisted!
Looks like a very similar concept to SUPERHOT.
I haven't played (or wanted to) a FPS in years. This game's card makes me want to try it when it comes out. Congrats on overcoming this old soul's black heart.
I don't know. It doesn't look bad, but it looks kind of... barren. More like some proof of concept/early build than a finished game. Does it have any story at least? Because there's nothing about in the trailers or in the game's description, and that does not bode well.
There is a demo on the other store - https://store.steampowered.com/app/1227690/Severed_Steel/

No, it is a very different game, and the game play is almost opposite of SUPERHOT. SUPERHOT is all about considering your environment, think and try to execute the best attack. The slowdown make it just as much cerebral as anything else. I found Severd Steel completly twitch and reaction based, it is very face paced. I played the demo a couple of months ago, and I did not like it. But i love SUPERHOT.

Totally different, Superhot is directly tied to your movements moving time, Severed Steel is much more speed-based, closet I can really compare it to (for the sake of it) is FEAR's ideals of gunplay with Titanfall's movement. It's pretty great from the demo I tried out. Great soundtrack too

It's more focused on the concepts and mechanics than anything, try the demo out it's pretty great

Thanks for correcting me. I was basing it purely on the screenshots and trailers.

I don't think the demo is available here.

Yeah, Steam, great. Sure, I'll get right on that.

Pretty sure Breja knew that already and just meant to point out that you can't try the demo without a Steam account. (Which would be a valid complaint, IMO, regardless of whether you're fine with Steam or not.)

EDIt: Whoops, ninja'd.
