The description makes it sound like this might be a "set up and run" viable game. Not quite zero-player, but whatever you call those like Gratiuitous Space Battles. This one also lets you jump in, but hopefully it's largely playable with the schtick of "set orders and hope they work.

I'll keep my eye on this. (Hopefully it doesn't turn into awful RPS and terrible research/waste of time like GSB was though.)

They call it a tug-of-war game, so it'll probably play like WarPips, or earlier, back in the day of Flash player - Age of War.

Also, I quite like the first GSB and I'm really sad only the sequel is on GOG.
