Huh. I thought, given how much they made fun of it in the sequels, that they'd learned their lesson about making Nepgear the protagonist. Why the insistence on replacing kids with even younger kids? Not to mention it's an action game. I guess I'll pass.

Oh look! It's that Neptunia game with tame and lame story (well, Neptunia games aren't known by it's storytelling) based more on social media than game references, unfunny jokes, rererereused assets (even more than the previous games), unbalanced and repetitive battle system and it even was recently CENSORED by a patch not long afer it was released (because they want to "protect" the gamer's minds lol)! IF games are getting better and better! lol
And yeah, if you are wondering, I played this on steam (wish I didn't), I couldn't stand how bad this game was, and this this comes from someone that LOVES the series...
Having lots of other good Nep (Original Megadimension VII, Blanc and Noire's games, Cybeedimension Neptunia 4GO... games that were on the peak of the series) that really deserve to be here, they decide to bring... this thing...

Which one is censored?

There is actually plenty of other Neptunia on GoG.

To me, the "Rebirth" Series was the best Neptunia i experienced... Megadimension kinda dropped.

Regarding the art style, "Neptunia x SENRAN KAGURA: Ninja Wars" is most impressive so far, for me. Yet, i think it will take some years for it to become released on GoG.

"Neptunia: Sisters VS Sisters" is actually the newest entry, yet it fails to truly impress by the art style and it is more on line with "Megadimension" with a few graphical updates. Gameplay i can not judge but censorship is rarely enjoyable, you can just hope there is not so many "true fans" so the lesser risk for "offending a mainstream gamer" may be worth the censorship, as a trade off.

Oh, i didnt notice it already got added... yeah, this one i do consider the best, along with the Rebirth-series. The other Neptunias left...Megadimension and Sisters... are more for those who may not bother dealing with some weaker entrys.

on PS5 i simply refused to install the patch as it offers nothing else. It remains to be seen whether the gog version includes these nonsensical changes.

EDIT: basically this happened because the geniouses at Idea Factory Intl submitted the content description to ESRB without the "Bad Language" descriptor.
As to why they chose to censor the dialogue (and even re-record audio for the english dub) instead of re-submitting a rating, is anyone's guess.

I dunno if it will even matter at all. Maybe the age requirement will be higher? No one is actually caring those ESRB ratings with the exceptions of some worried parents. Yet, those teenagers or childrens gaming it will simply play it, even without the consent from some parents.

Actually the age rating remained the same. T for NA and 12+ for Europe. It was not a matter of age tier, it was a matter of missing the "Bad Language" descriptor as i said in my previous post.
