Me, wife and kids all Hugely enjoyed My Time a Portia, this will be an instant buy from me

Too many updates were delayed for months and months for My Time at Portia. I don't know if the publisher was at fault, but I'll wait for a while to see if the updates are on par with Steam, instead of getting it immediately.
hopefully this is supported in a more timely manner than portia was.

edit: not saying portia is a bad game, but the delays in updating the game were just too long.

Looking forward to this but hopeing the support for the gog version is better than Portia (still missing 2 paid dlc i think)
Parroting others with the hope that updates will be more robust and up-to-date!

But yeah, it's still an insta-buy from me!

EDIT: Oh fuck, they're using unity... I hope they can eke out some sort of performance with that shitty engine!

Looks awesome, so weary of the dev though... I do think it was the dev because there was someone from Team 17 on the GOG forums genuinely trying to keep us updated on the updates, but... it always fell on the lap of the developer to actually get them

Devs firmly claimed that it was publisher's fault (Team17). To this day we are still missing some of the DLCs.

This is self-publised by Pathea games, so... I guess we'll see if they were right, or were just trying to cover up their incompetence. I think I'll get it regardless, MTAP was ton of fun even with the missing patches.
So, will this game be released as "in dev" (GoG early access) or do we have to wait for the full release and steam
gets the early access.....well...early? ^^
I'm definitely interested. Here's to hoping they've learned a bit in the meantime where optimization is concerned. Portia was a ridiculous resource hog.
Am I wrong or are there still missing DLCs for My Time at Portia on GOG?
Let's leave out the fact that despite the fact that the achievements have been asked many times they never even bothered to answer.
It is as if I glimpsed a joyful happening of book-burning in the trailer.

Blame the unity engine on that as that shit engine only shines with mobile games and 2D titles, if the 3D is small scale with a top-down view then all's well, but anything more complex needs a serious overhaul on the devs part, and even then, it does not matter how powerful your PC is, as you will always get frame drops due to the shit rendering of assets!

TLDR: Unity engine is a shit performer...
