Title: Lust from Beyond: M Edition
Genre: FPS survival horror
Demo: Lust from Beyond: M Edition Demo
Great, the sequel to Lust for Darkness (2017-2018) is here on GOG. A very good reason to also get Lust for Darkness on GOG DRM-free.
More censored releases, wohoo! :P

Maybe they'll surprise the non australians/germans with the uncensored version as a bonus.

Oh, and that description is top notch.

Keeping the "lust" but getting rid of nudity ect ... yay, sure. No thanks.

What kind of a trend is that to sell a censored version as a "new version" for a bigger audience. Newsflash to the devs: a game either is intended to have explicit stuff in it or not. Changing it after first release does not change the fact that the game is simply just censored. It is not a different version. If you really want to appeal to a broad audience add a
censored OPTION into the uncensored game for those who buy an explicit game to play it without explicit stuff (whoever that would be).

I think that will be "Agony" part deux.

The upcoming "M Release" for each possible market (less or no additional censorship/blocking needed), so no one gets left out.

For the "harder" markets the uncensored version as a bonus game. That one would be blocked in certain countries.

Maximum effectivness for sale potential. :)
Why can't I just F the monsters?
I'm absolutely not interested in a censored version. If you're only going to release the M version, don't count on my money.
I love today's low effort announcements :D
Strange this censorship on GOG today with the latest games arrived here.
There will probably be additional content to download.
PS, what does it mean M ?

I hope there will be a Linux version.
But the developers already hope that Proton will do the work:

In my youth, I had this idea of taking some ordinary porn movies and edit the sex scenes out. This sounds kinda like the same thing. Could be fun!

You add disgusting porn visual novels, but when it's a game with an interesting story to tell and has adult content you add the censored version. This is the most absurd thing I've seen in months. I'll have to play it on Steam sadly.

I don't buy censored crap ever.

I would, however, buy the real, uncensored version of this game.

Will GOG be getting that one, or not?

M is for Mature.
No mature person would want to look at boobs and such! That's just fact! Porn is not real, in reality people do it through blankets!
Hmm... wonder if there's some modder that can put the cut content back in. Maybe then I'd pick this one up.

You lie!! It stands for Mangina.
For all the men who can't cope with nudity because they are too brittle edition.

Wow, GOG really went all-out with this announcement. Did somebody hit the "Publish" button instead of the "Edit" button? This kind of lackluster announcement reminds me of the scene from Major League -- "Fly ball... caught".

As an aside, who decided to call the censored version "M Edition"? M typically stands for "mature" (as in the ESRB's "M" rating for video games), which is an indicator that a game HAS mature content, not that mature content has been removed. This name looks like misleading/false advertising to me.

Actually, in reality, people do it with VR headsets. Haven't you seen Demolition Man?
