Defcon was a really nice game. ICBM seems a little more complex. It also reminds me of Super Power series in which we could start a nuclear war.

Does this include countermeasures?
Missile against missiles or laser space defence and simmilar countermeasures?

Note, those options are not 100% failsafe countermesures
but it woud be kinda interesting to see a game in the simmilar rain as this to include those options.
