yogsloth: I'm actually thinking I might give the first one another whirl. Been ages since I played.

I got stuck on the two secret characters when the difficulty ramped up to absurd levels. Not sure if that was what the other poster in this thread was complaining about. It did get *really* hard for those two, lol.
Quick tip, always get the drinking meter maxed before doing the date. Gives you a shit load of extra turns. ;)

"trap" . Just choose female or male. Dont try to get trendy and go all transgender. Simple is best. Why cant people just do what has always been the case?. (bloody Warframe chat actually bans you for using the word "trap" in reference to gender of warframe Nezha)...
Trap is a pretty terrible phrase to use. Something more inclusive without the negative connotations might be Otoko No Ko.

But I don't exactly this developer to go for careful wording, but instead a more "Punch Out" style approach. (Everyone is an offensive cultural stereotype, from Vodka Dunkinski to Pizza Pasta.)

I think it is a social media service service or something. All I know is that their bluebird is everywhere on the net.

Well, the first game was also "censored", and all you needed was to make that file in the directory. Other version may be censored as well, there is still nothing but rumors that the steam version is uncensored. but they have already toned down the banner from the one they had first on the page there to start with.

If you just need to make a file in a folder like with the first game, or if it's a switch in the settings I'll definitely buy the game from GOG.
I guess I'll wait and see which version will be the complete one before I buy.

But if it really is just a toggle switch why is GOG saying that it is censored?
I asked twice now on Titter about confirmation of the possibility to uncensor the game ... so far nothing :(
Also it seems as if the Steam page cannot be accessed at all from Germany which is VERY weird especially since Germany has much more problems with violence than sex.

Ancient-Red-Dragon: HuniePop 1 is literally unplayable because it has unbeatable (at least for average, non-eSports-players) timed "bedroom puzzles" in which you have less than 5 seconds successfully to perform a move before the ludicrously-short timer goes all the way down to zero and therefore you lose all your progress in those puzzles.

That's not even enough time simply to look at the screen to see where a potential move might exist, much less enough time actually to perform the move too.

This makes it impossible to progress past those parts of the game.

Dozens/hundreds of people pointed this out to the dev, starting 5 or 6 years ago. But despite all that massive feedback, the dev's response was that they don't see an issue...and they did absolutely nothing to patch it...in other words, they deliberately left the game permanently broken forever.

I have hundreds of games on GOG, not all of which I like, but HuniePop is perhaps the only one where I feel like I've been outright scammed as a result of having bought it.
I am far from being a pro gamer at all ... but I finished Huniepop 100% and had a lot of fun with it.

Grargar: Are you sure that "Mature Content" is enabled in your preferences?
I never used the family filter at all or is there another setting I am not aware of?
