I'm very happy to see this releasing here. 3D Realms has been excellent with releases and showing the love to GOG. Here's to hoping Kingpin: Reloaded hits the digital shelves on day one as well!

That’s what I got from the video too. A combination of dying light, shadow warrior 2 and Dishonored. Could be interesting, I didn’t see any mention of rogue/randomness, so hopeful actual crafted levels like DL or Dishonored.

From what I understood it's a lot more a darker cyberpunk brother of BIT.TRIP than something related to SW2 or Dishonored, as in it's more of "runner" (i.e. like the runner games that are popular on mobile) game with the first person view and bloody fights adding some twist to the original formula.

Shadow Warrior... yes know that you mention it. I too hope it's a crafted level type of game and non-linear (3D-realm aren't exactly known for open-word or even semi-open games).

Not all game needs open worlds'ish level, the concept and realization looks great, of course like often the main question is were they able to take this seemingly great concept and make a good game out of it or will it get repetitive after a couple of levels, but to know this we will probably need to wait for the release.
