RafaelRamus: GoG, what are you doing?

GamezRanker: Dirty mind?
Lol!

Ok, good one, legit made me laugh.

But on a more serious note, I just wish I could shop with my family and even recommend the site (you know, like Steam. Steam has a bigger NSFW library but the way it works - making so you have to log in to see NSFW stuff - actually allows an uncle to gift things from the site without having to deal with negative family repercussion).

At least now we have some GoG stuff on Luna. Oh well.

RizzoCuoco: As silly as it seems, this will be a definite instant purchase. What better way to relive 80s weekday cartoons? We have two Smurfs (smurves, smeefs) games here with another on the way, G.I. JOE is making an appearance soon (whatever that means here), and this lil throwback right here. Here’s hoping for some He-Man/Rainbow Brite action in the near future. Now I want all those wacky Konami arcade beat-em-ups here like Wild West Cow Boys of Moo Mesa, etc. Hell, even better….a smash bros type of game where you can kick the shit out of MummRa with …..well…..Rainbow Brite. And no….I'm not being sarcastic.
Speaking of I wonder when the GI joe game will release here as it released elsewhere on
Sep 26, 2024 as while I can wait I just hope its not a super long time given we have the ''soon '' still on the store page and no real signs of it releasing here yet that I am aware of

I totally dig you.

This is the kind of stuff that could actually make me come back to old purchasing habits here at the store (I feel like GoG pushed me out with all the hentai stuff. And yes, before anyone comes here with stones, I also use the Brazilian equivalent of the PEG system regarding violence when gaming with kids as well).

I'd honestly wait a year of more in this case!

I'm just so happy when I know for a fact a game I want is going to be released on GoG! Not knowing if a game is going to be released here used to bring me a lot of pain (that terrible feeling of regret after knowing a game you just bought elsewhere is finally getting released DRM-Free on the to go store).

Ya I plan to wait even willing to wait longer if needed I just am saying I hope its sooner then some other games that was announced years ago and iether took a super long time to show up for no real reasonable well reason.. or never came here when they was announced to come do to varies behind the scenes crude that happened

Granted seeing as the game page doesn't mention Denuvo on the other storefront I can only assume hopefully that the studio/producer and maybe Gog is waiting for the game to be patched for some time to deal with most of the bugs and such before showing up here
Not a fan of the anime style. A bit of a missed opportunity to have it look like the 80's cartoon.

I'm pretty sure the art style is based on the latest animated series of ther care bears which I believe is this series https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1nDAWStxYTk

Oh alright, thanks for clarifying. Bah, we'll never get a game that looks like the 80's cartoon.
In the 80s I grew up with the care bears.
And, I don't know any other franchise than that. Honestly, both the new cartoons and the games are too simple, no spark, no magic.
I'll die someday, but it didn't make it past the wonderful 80s.
I don't deny that the 90s and 00s were good, but not as good as the golden decade of the 80s was.
How I miss that era. :'(
The game is based on the newest series (Unlock the Magic), which isn't much known in Poland yet. Recently, six newest episodes have been released after a year of their English versions, but only six! There's 49 more episodes of the same series (or 52, as three of them exists as longer or two-part episodes), and all of them have been released in 2019 and 2020.

As far as I know, the best known Care Bears series in Poland are the 80s series from Nelvana (The Care Bears Family and related movies) and the 2012-2015 series (Welcome to Care-a-Lot and Care Bears & Cousins). Others are either less known and/or not all episodes have been released in Polish.
