Looks fine, could be fun... except my immersion doesn't exist. Why would a space base be 2d? Still wishlisted to look at reviews after release.

Any word on a Linux release of this? Could be something I'd enjoy a lot...
I mean this looks neat, I guess. But I was honestly expecting something more Space Station 13 shaped.

As Mqstout said, the limitation of the spaces leaves a lot to be given to questions.

A third video game released for sale in 2021 on gog.com that still supports Windows XP and Windows Vista?

This makes me very happy that I can purchase and play video games in 2021 that still run and work on Windows XP, and Windows Vista.

The question is will it run on Windows XP 64-bit?

Thank you pixfroze and Blowfish Studios, as well as gog.com for stiill supporting Windows XP and Windows VIsta in 2021.

Exactly my thoughts. The first impression I got from watching the trailer was that I felt the game was lacking depth and excitement. Okay so I build a base, and then get attacked. I didn't even hear sound effects besides the music. Honestly I feel like after building my base and then defending it a few times, I will probably get very tired and regret my purchase.

That's what it says on the sidebar, but the detailed requirements (which have "version" in Polish for DX...) at the bottom list 64-bit Win 10 only, and so do the ones on Steam. So instead of one working on everything, it may be a case of one not working for a large number...

Yeah, it's what, a slightly reconfigurable FTL where you do ??? to get a bigger base to defend it from things so you can ???
Wishlisted. All the best for this game.

For reasons of playability. Imagine you'd need to maneuver in a 3D station to find your modules/crew members at any given time (say: during an attack).

Indeed. Lots of space games are in 2D.

OTOH, Dwarf Fortress uses the 3D Slice Approach with realtime pause or turn based depending on the mode you're in.

The ONLY reason to play space games to begin with is the 3Dimensional gameplay it could provide. If I'd want to play something on a 2Dimensional plane then there are already games focusing on colonising other planets or the likes.

Not to mention 0-Gravity. Why are they walking? A game about space station should be 3D in 0 Gravity. This is pointless.

Is this post trolling? There are so many examples of the contrary that this taxative statement is too obviously wrong.

Again, too wrong to be disingenuous. The all-caps word provides the final touch.

I guess this is the way some people get their fun?

No, I'm not trolling. Far from it. Just because there are several games that go into insane trend doesn't mean that the reason have completely disappeared from the world. What is wrong is that all the tools and capabilities are all there along with potential market. If your flat-earter mind can't handle third dimension then why are you playing space games to begin with? Mind as well play 2D platformers.

Yes, there are people who get fun out of fun. 2d basebuilding have been done. Space-station theme is way too inapropriate to waste such potential. You don't have to be 200+ IQ genius to realise that.
