I reckon this "complete overhaul" is what's been delaying the GoG release.

Both mention the 10th of August for the new release date of the „Reign of Sand“ overhaul, possibly maybe coming to GoG around the same time then, finally.
Lost all interest in this game, definitely won't get it at full price, maybe at a 85-90% discount.
I'll just buy on Steam. Tired of waiting on unfulfilled promises here.
It's honestly pathetic that this still isn't here, I was really looking forward to it but this long a delay has really made me apathetic. I've gone from day one purchase, to 'maybe on discount'.

I wish GOG would realize just how detrimental their idea of a 'coming soon' feature is.

This is on my wishlist for months or decades already, but fortunately I have other games to play as well.

I guess I will still buy it if and when it appears on GOG, otherwise not. Oh well, that's life, I don't fret about it.

Honestly they cannot "win" here.

If they do not put a "coming soon" notice then peoples complains that "If they knew it would come on Gog they wouldn't have bought it on Steam/Epic" and if they put a coming soon then peoples complain that it takes too long to come.

Personally I prefer to have confirmation that a game will eventually come (hopefully).
Looks like it's finally happening:

Woohoo! Blessed are the patient ones.

Just look at me, I have games I've bought over a decade ago, and still haven't even installed them! That is how patient I am. Or lazy, I dunno.
