The time draws near to bring together the disparate factions and unite the shattered Star Union in peace once and for all. Age of Wonders: Planetfall - Star Kings DLC is coming soon DRM-free on GOG.COM! This expansion to the already cult strategy game will bring you a new playable faction (The Oathbound), a new campaign, and powerful structures called Grail Configurations. It will also feature some new wildlife groups to tackle.

Empress Carminia is the only representative of what is good, noble and fair in the galaxy. Oathbound... Off with their heads!

Btw, I suppose that this DLC is already included in the premium edition/season pass. Isn't it?

Come now, this isn't fair with regards to Age of Wonders: Planetfall or Triumph Studios. It would be ridiculous if they start releasing faction packs, scenarios, etc. as seperate DLC. All the DLC for Planetfall have been essentially expansion packs, exactly as was the case before Triumph was bought by Paradox.

Yes, it's the third DLC included in the Premium Edition/Season Pass.

This game is so woefully underrated.

It scratches both the 4X and the Heroes itches, it's kinda like if Endless Legend and Endless Space have an actual exciting combat system.

Kinda wonder what AoW4 would be like after the stuff they learn from this game (4X elements, unit customization).

There is also not much current movement in that corner of the 4X genre, at least in the DRM free side. As someone who grew up with Civilization and Master of Magic (and loved them to death), there is a bit of a hole here.
Still, they did a very good job with Planetfall and each expansion made it a better experience, but there is some room for some other contenders here.

Vanguard, Dvar, Amazon and Syndicate all share plot in the OG campaign.

But to be honest, I can do with more campaigns, they are the favorite part of the game for me.

And Assembly and Kir'ko too. Every faction has two scenarios in the main campaign.

I can't wait to try these new gundams :)

Is that so? never seen any exclusive amazon mission .. but then again i never progressed beyond the second mission for any of the campaigns available to you from the start
