Football schmootball... but does anyone have good youtube links to new good TV commercials shown at the Superbowl? To me that is the most (and only) interesting thing about Superbowl.

I already so the Doritos commercial, it was pretty funny. Why are they showing it twice in that video?

EDIT: Ok I found at least this compilation:

Best Super Bowl Commercial

The "best 2016 Super Bowl commercials" compilation was rather lame. Come on, they aren't even trying anymore. The Dorritos commercial was at least somewhat funny.

Williams saying how cool and independent she is because she is driving a Mini? Really? (I don't even think she is really driving one, she never said that in the commercial.)

Or a Colgate commercial shaming me for using too much water when I'm brushing my teeth, because some kid 10000 km from here doesn't have enough water to drink? Really? Does that water I save somehow get magically teleported to that kid? We are not running out of water here like the poor Africans and Californians, so why should we save cold water? Just out of sympathy?

(No I don't keep the water running while brushing my teeth, simply because I don't see the point of letting it run for nothing.)

Ketchup on a hot dog? <shudder>

Funniest one for us was the early Doritos ad: https://youtu.be/ugn_qmQ0NFo

Lady Gaga - great job.

Makes sense that they had to bring in Bruno Mars and Beyoingee to punch up the Half Time show. Coldplay just isn't the type of band to keep a crowd pumped up. They did fine, but it was never going to be enough.

The only way I don't see Manning retiring is if he cuts a deal to be a Colt just long enough to get a jersey and retire with that team. No playtime, just a jersey.

Cyberevil: Well at least they gave Miller the MVP, Denver Won, Cam was the obvious goat (why do you jump AWAY from your fumble? At that point you HAVE to recover it even if they kill you for it. Even a FG there basically ends the game)

I sure hope Manning goes out like he should, he's so beat up. I'd hate to see him trying to play another year. This is the fairy tale ending.. He needs to take advantage of it.

...And there hasn't been a decent halftime since Janet Jackson!

(although Prince was OK I guess)
I would actually share the goat award between Cam and the Carolina offensive co-ordinator. That game plan made no sense, didn't work, and then they made exactly zero adjustments at the half. Mike Shula continues to be an idiot.

And Prince was awesome.
That was a good ad, but my favorite was the Hundai ad with Kevin Hart.

On the other hand, the puppymonkeybaby gave me nightmares.
Yeah the puppymonkey ad really was wierd.
The PuupyMonkeyBaby commercial was the hands down favorite in my house. My kids thought it was hilarious when it first aired and they have re-watched it dozens of times on youtube. I was reading an article about how horrible the commercial was because it tried too hard to be a viral sensation but just didn't resonate with the audience. Considering my kids and their school friends are dancing around the playground singing PuppyMonkeyBaby, I'm guessing the people writing such reviews were not part of the target demographic.

I just hope that Mountain Dew doesn't go overboard with the idea and do something too outragous like DolphinOccelotKeanuReeves.

Pretty sure the HoF lets you choose which team you played for that they enshrine you with. (If that was what you were getting at)

Nah, I just meant retirement in general. I heard the Colts owner would like to see him retire in the blue and white jersey, and he might still be there if it weren't for that bad injury several years back. Though he wouldn't have been in the big game this year if that were the case. ; )
