Goto C:\Users\Public\Documents - locate the directory for Clear Sky (well, I presume W10 has the same paths etc), find the log / crash log and post the bottom paragraph (it should give some indication of whats wrong - You'll see the words "access violation" and a bunch of semi-sensical stuff). Post it here.
I've a feeling this was an issue I couldn't solve previously on the subforum, but I'll see if I can help figure it out.

Edit: also you don't state how much ram you have - I doubt thats the issue, but it may help to know.

Yup - the last part of the log as initially requested.

Edit: though the log states you only have 4GB ram - is it possible either somethings chewing on it, or that part of it has a flaw / problem?!

Weird, it all seems to be working just fine. No problems with system RAM at all. :S
Just to be sure, I've tried to patch the .exe with a program to adress any memory problem (to see if it was it not using it full) and still nothing.

Also, now my log says another thing:

Error Reason:
----------------------------------------
xrEngine.exe caused ACCESS_VIOLATION in module "C:\WINDOWS\system32\rtk_oal.dll" at 0023:05429020

As the openAL sound driver and the realtek is mentioned in stack please try this one (was posted in an older forum):

"My solution was to delete OpenAL32.dll from the game/bin directory and replace it with another copy from the Windows/System32 folder.
I'm on a Win Vista 64 bit machine using a creative X-Fi usb headset. The version of OpenAl32.dll that works for me is 6.14.357.25 with a file size of a 120 KB.
I usually stay away from using forums but I couldn't find this mentioned anywhere on the net so here you go. If this is common knowledge delete it or whatever."

Or, if you have not done yet: "run it in compatibility mode Windows 7"

Disclaimer: actualy i havent it installed on my machine - and i will be still quite a time on Win7 because
it just runs. So i cant be of help to check it on my own.

neurasthenya:
Thats not giving me any ideas mcleodone has not provided.

Aside from a couple more thing to check if their suggestion doesn't seem to help (or maybe to consider first):
1: Are you running this from your main HD, a partition or an external one?!
2: Not sure if this applies to Win10 or not, but in 7, some games simply won't run unless you use the "secret" admin account to do it (which needs to be brought up by command line as its not set by default).

Also (should have just thought of this earlier) - you could always upload the full log to google drive or something (as they are rather long) - but I'd reccomend trying mcleodone's suggestion as it seems to fit.

Sachys:
No use to both solutions provided unfortunately. The dll copy process I've had tried already and the "secret admin" did nothing aswell (I keep forgetting the usability of that, so thanks for remembering me).

Perhaps I'm one of those cases, the game simply refuses to work on my setup.

Oh, well, to dual boot W7 or Linux I guess.

Still, thanks for the responses anyway guys! +1 for all :)
The problem is not that you can't access files, it is that the program is trying to access reserved memory.
memory in use by another program.
Usual cause, corrupt system files, or device drivers
Did you go the your motherboard manufacturers website & get the latest win10 device drivers for your chipset, soundcard etc.

olnorton:
Yep, all updated, cleaned, free of virus and malware, no programs eating the memory, even the hardware is cleaned haha.

And as I've said earlier, I tested the game on a much, much inferior and out of date hardware and it worked fine, without even installing the game (copy pasted the installation folder to a laptop desktop and launched. Framerate and gfx aside it worked flawlessly).
Have you tried a clean boot?
ie disable all non Microsoft services & all startup option.

I do that manually, still isn't the issue.
I had a problem getting Call of Pripyat to work in windows 10. Seems that there was a glitch. I had to edit fsgame.ltx so game engine could see where what was were. Back up the original.

But if you have a sound issue you may want to install openal program from Creative sound labs.

https://www.openal.org/downloads/ Normally for Soundblaster cards but compatible with High Definition Audio
