A version of it shows in the civ content menu, but not the proper version.

Also, the editor seems to be missing for me.

They've been looking into it since 2016:

Is there a forum thread tracking broken promises? I feel like there should be.
In other words: it ain't happening.

Ouch... granted, I seem to remember the same senario also being missing on my III & IV Gold combo disk set back in the day and being able to fix it via the editor, though this time that's also missing! Also means no playing as Egypt or Celts in that scenario and what not.
People in that other thread don't seem to be mentioning the editor being missing, but yeah, it's been missing the scenario for 6 years, not good! Nice to know someone seemingly uploaded a copy of it from a disk version though, thanks ConsulCeasar!
I did start off with a support request, it's now been a week and no reply, they're not even pretending to care it would seem.

Anyone know how refunds work here? Perhaps I should try getting it on Steam after refunding here after all.

Eh. GOG support has never been the fastest. *shrug* (talking about their response to your ticket) Anyway, it seems a little silly to request a refund over that especially since the thread ConsulCaesar provided has someone from the community offering the missing file(s) in question.

Also, nobody is talking about missing editor(s) because they're included. They should be in your main game folder as Civ3Edit.exe and Civ3ConquestsEdit.exe in the Conquests subfolder.

The editor being missing is why, but if it is there as you claim, then I'd agree. I'll check again and let you know next time I'm on probably in a couple of days.
Okay so sure enough they were both there, so thanks for the help P-E-S and others.

Wanted to point out how in my start menu, neither were there despite equivalents for other games like SC3K having them there,
(that's SC3K also from GOG BTW) though this fact doesn't exactly make me any less stupid for checking the actual files I'll admit.

First I tried the just Civ3Edit one and that one didn't recognize the scenarios, so for future readers, the Conquests one is it.
