Just a heads up to let you know that, unfortunately, Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena will be leaving the GOG.com catalog as of 3pm UTC+1 today. We’re sad to see the title go but will do our best to hopefully bring it back at some point in the future!

Edit: It's Dark Athena, of course. Thanks for pointing it out!

Edit 2: If you own the game already, you'll still get to keep it, of course.
Why not include a direct link to the store page for the game to make it easier for folks to throw money at y'all. :)

Btw GOG: why removed the game page completely? Why not just rip out the part to buy the game and keep the reviews etc for history purposes? :)

All these removals are getting riddickulous... Sad to see it go. Glad I already have it here.

I suggest always using this format for dates in English (exception being archives): 9th March 2017 or shorter 9 Mar 2017 or turn it around if you are American Mar 9 2017.

And for informational purposes for people who own the game. Things like system specs are important as computers will change. Maybe I want to see if my work toaster or my kid's potato will run it. Please consider keeping game pages with info like this, GOG.

I wouldn't be surprised if this doesn't return. It disappeared from Steam years ago and still hasn't come back, and I don't even want to think about the licensing issues this has, between publishers, actors, Tigon studios, etc.

But totally buy it if you don't have it already. It's still an awesome game.

I have it, but I haven't played it, yet, but every game removed from gog is, of course, a loss.

At least it lasted longer here than on Steam. I would have been seriously vexed if it had been removed here but kept on Steam.

What's the URL of the game page? For purposes of reading the game description and reviews, you'd need the URL to use the Wayback Machine to read it still (https://archive.org/).
