zeogold: I've currently got the following cheeses:
- mild cheddar
- pepper jack
- havarti
- monterey jack
- parmesan
- mozerella
- cabra al vino
- iberico? not really sure, but it tastes somewhat similar. Either that or some form of manchego.
I've also got a decent quantity of wheat bread along with limited amounts of focaccia, and plan on making some rustic bread in a while. And a grill.
Any ideas on what kind of sandwich combo I should make?
Well i's been years I ate proper cheese. :/
All I can eat is cottage cheese.
