Every sensible person knows that Queijo Minas Curado is the Ultimate Cheese of Ultimate Destiny. :) Though Queijo Minas Meia-cura and Queijo Minas Frescal are good as well.

My opinion on fondue is 'Yes!'

We owned a little fondue pot for a while - best thing ever. Super easy dinner, and really wows friends when you pull it out for a party.
And hamburger is the corpse of cows. Both are delicious!

Cheese is life.

I always thought Sex is the best.
But now I settle with Cheese.
So yeah Cheese is the best.

The problem with cheese is that it's too good. I bought a 1kg block of Gouda with the idea of snacking on it for at least a week. It only lasted 3 days :P

If you like cheese you must try "casu frazigu" or "casu marzu" :D
It's a traditional Sardinian cheese colonized by flies larvae.
I never ate it but people who did says it's very strong and spicy.
Now i think the sell it's prohibited by italian law, anyway.

Regular cheese is great, but grilled cheese is god tier.
