As you may already know from the Home of Wargamers 2021 Live+ event, Slitherine is working on new exciting titles! Here are 4 such games that are coming soon to GOG.COM:

Broken Arrow is a large-scale real-time modern warfare tactics game that combines the complexity of a joint-forces wargame with real-time tactics action-packed gameplay.

It makes me wonder if they made the new MoM hex based simply because their already existing game engine was hex based and not for anything else?

Edit: Here's the real link. The one in the article doesn't work for some reason any longer.

Edit v2: Ok, they renamed the urls of both the old and the new game. That's why the link doesn't work. Now MoM is MoM Classic and MoM remake is just MoM.

I think the new MoM design is lazy AF.
Seems like it's the original game just using the Fantasy General 2 engine.

I'd much rather they went for MoM 2 and tried new mechanics and concepts.

I loved the animated series of that. The movie wasn't too bad either, though the TV series I enjoyed more.

The game does look interesting and the details look very clean.

I like Thea (1 and 2) from MuHa Games and Master of Magic looks promising. Will keep my eye on this.

Here, here, I am a huge fan of the novel, did not like the movie version very much. it totally distorted much of what Heinlein was saying.
