Rather high max temperatures (mid-late Spring-like of 15-20 C instead of ~0 C) in the last couple of weeks in my country.
It's hard to bother with a Winter Sale.

In France, 2020 was the hottest year since 1900 (an average of 14°c).
Got a few dollars left, gonna save em' for the next one.
Have stuff in the cart. Still waiting before pull trigger

Does anyone have that handy link to a spreadsheet showing historical gog sales prices?

Not a spreadsheet, but https://isthereanydeal.com/ can show historical prices for GOG (and other sites), it can even import your GOG wishlist (if it is public).
Maybe I'll finally pick up Battletech. I remember the wild amounts of Kickstarter money they got and the hype surrounding it, but then it just fell under my radar when it came out. Is it a good strategy game? I see it only has 3 and a half stars.

The author discontinued it almost a year ago. I still have a link to the last version if you're interested but it hasn't been updated since March.

I enjoyed it and was happy with it as a sale purchase. There's a lot of detail to think about, a credible story in the campaign, and a good sense of progression as your pilots level up and most importantly as you acquire better and better mechs. This was clearly a game developers really cared about and not something thrown together as a cash grab. Graphics and sound are enjoyable. Great turn based game for when you want to unwind and do something thoughtful, but not too thoughtful or demanding, for an hour or two.

My knock against it would be that there is sameness to it all - the maps, missions, dialog - that eventually sets in, and after a while I just didn't feel motivated to fire it up again. I enjoyed the experience though and was well satisfied with the value.
Should i buy Conglomerate 451 or Vaporum ?

"Awaiting your reply"

How can I reply to the fact that nobody replied to me?

I can't believe I still don't have even a single reply.

This is the current state of my total of 4 refund support tickets for the pc gog version of cyberpunk2077.

It's a really awkward feeling that there are sales still trying to show me wonderful ways I can spend my money, meanwhile no effort is put into getting me a refund. I'm concerned I'm going to be ignored way past the 30 day money back guarantee date. Honestly gog, if you have enough people to be able to keep updating the sales, you have enough people to politely give me my refund.

Sincerely, Fridgeband.

all the best.

From what I have read, they have been flooded with cyberpunk refund tickets, even from those who are unfaitrly taking advantage of this opportunity given that they have finished the game, and the queue is very very long. Hopefully you are just waiting in a loooong queue and this is nothing else. Good luck! P.S. If they did not have the sale, they would soon go down and we do not want that. Unfortunately, as much as they are losing PR points each hour, they also need people to take care of the sales. They could also offer temp jobs now tho..,

Unrelated part of the post, merged by the forum AI powers that be with my reply to the good sir above:

Dear GOG, I would like you to keep track of the pricing in the offer of the competition. There have been several games which I have been hunting for on GOG for 2-3 years, but your prices were so uncompetitive, I decided to buy them MUCH cheaper somewhere else. There are still some of them I am waiting to find better prices on GOG (I would have already bought them somewhere else), so I am asking you to analyse the market a bit better and I will keep my fingers crossed (for myself too ;P ).

Well I guess thanks for what you had to say. I appreciate that. But yes they could be doing much more and they are simply not.

I second the recommendation, I've had a lot of fun with it, and I held off for a while due to some middling reviews. I also had a copy of the board game as a kid (though I only played it a few times) and played some Mechwarrior and Mechcommander growing up, so the setting and weapons weren't super unfamiliar to me.
