More fun is coming soon to GOG.COM! Here are 3 upcoming titles from Microids that you should definitely check out:

Agatha Christie - Hercule Poirot: The First Cases gives you an opportunity to play a legendary detective in his early years when he still had everything to prove.

Murder Mystery Machine is an isometric modern noir deduction thriller where you Join the District Crime Agency.

The Smurfs - Mission Vileaf is a platformer in which you go on an adventure to save your forest from the VILEAF, a toxic plant created by the evil sorcerer Gargamel.

The other Agatha Christie's from the early noughties would make for great additions to the catalogue as well:

Hey GOG, could you bring those titles from Microids?

KGB - adventure game (Microids own this 100%) and Cruise for a Corpse, which I think they also have rights to.
murder mystery machine looks interesting, let's hope they don't fuck it up with questionable design decisions. should be out tomorrow, on steam anyway, possibly here as well.
Murder Mystery Machine looks like it might be fun, but I have to wonder how well does it actually work. I'll wait for some reviews.
If that Smurfs game was a remake or the original game Castle Smurfenstein.... I would totally buy it.

I had Cruise for a Corpse on the Amiga and I was stuck forever but I'd like to give it another try out of nostalgia if it came on GOG. That virtual theatre system was a nightmare though, having to look for moving NPCs or waiting for them to appear again to progress.

Interesting a Smurf game is coming out now .. Wonder why other then nostalgia.. Did I miss a reboot announcement or something outside of those crude life action CGI hybrid movies? I am serious as I was surprised to see a new Smurfs game is a thing when last I was aware the CGI and live action hybrid films was the IPs new route .. then never really heard about it after
Well... I'm at least glad for Slap Them All.

I briefly played it for free on iPad. The idea behind it is good, but the primary game mechanic (gathering clues and linking them together to make deductions) is often frustrating and not particularly logical. There were times when I had to brute-force a deduction by trying everything on everything else, even when I already knew all the details of the murder. It’s OK to while away a few hours, but I wouldn’t pay for it tbh.

I think the Smurfs are still somewhat popular, with recent movies and stuff. They are also reviving the Asterix & Obelisx licence. Even without a new famous movie these characters are still known and loved and their IPs exploitable.
It's also good to see some new "classic detective" game with possibly new interesting mechanics that is not Sherlock Holmes!

I've no idea if those are new or only now being published in Poland, but there's been plenty of Smurfs comics hitting the shelves in the last couple of years around here, including what looks like a whole separate spin-off series about a village of female Smurfs. I got the first one of those as a present for my friends' daughter, and apparently she became quite a fan and got all the following issues. So it looks like the franchise is doing pretty well and is still appealing.

Smurfette is canon since ever and one of the most iconic characters. I saw a movie in the thratre avbout 5 years ago and there was I believe a new girl - I don't remember much.
Smurfette has been created by Gargamel in his lab.

Yes she was but prior to that if I recall right thier canonly was only stated to be male Smurfs so I am wondering how this female Smurf village is explained in canon as beig as I don't recall that village be a thing prior last I checked
