It's easier to find than the regular/old search bar. ;) But it shows less information.

GOG must be taking lessons from Microsoft!

After giving it some thought:
the ONE thing that I like about the new search, is that they clearly mark DLCs as such.

So with all the glaring issues GOG needs to address, they decide to worsen something that already works? Bravo!

This would be by far a better idea as the search bar is way too big right now. Not sure what the thinking is why it has to take up so much space. So annoyed by it that I've blocked it via uBlock Origin.

Well, GOG removed the new search mask again.
So, (for now) there's no need to block it anymore.

Thanks for the heads up, I'll (temporarily in case) disable the rule.

Looks like the "Daily Deals" have been rebranded.
They're now called "Limited Time Offers".

Maybe has something to do with this thread?

To some, the term "Daily Deal" apparently suggested a "special deal", respectively, a higher discount, than the "normal" sales.
