Hello,

I released my freeware point and click adventure puzzle game "Challenge of the Tentacle" , it's inspired by Maniac Mansion and Day of the Tentacle and it contains various hard puzzles :) It's free, anyone can download it DRM-free without account .

Thanks!

I will play it. Brings back fond memories :)
When I saw your topic yesterday evening and looking at the screenshots on Itch, this looked like an honest effort with kind of what you expect in terms of graphics for a beginner project. Having played it now I must say that you can and should be proud of your work. The puzzles are interesting, the fun parts 'click' and voice/audio-quality is very good. Once I got used to the graphics it felt like playing one of those Windows 3.x era games. So that's another thing you were able to nail. (Whether intentional or for other reasons doesn't matter).

What could be improved is the overall speed when moving around or interacting with the environment. The only other thing that could have been done a little different is in puzzles like connect the cable to the power outlet. Instead of having to click to slowly move the plug, clicking and dragging would have been better.

I find that being your first game you really did a wonderful job. It's worth it giving it a try and overall and what I have experienced so far it's fun and a great throwback. Bravo!

Thank you for the acknowledgment!

I do hope from the bottom of my heart that you'll be able to earn some money, build a strong followership, and to receive more recognition and feedback for your current effort. It would be well deserved. As for me, I do look forward to your next game. :-)

Yes I earned a little, but a feedback like yours is much more important to me and makes me happier. Soon I will continue working on „Stone Mirth on Earth“ Many Thanks :)
