Not really. All that says is that she isn't getting worse. A person can be on life support for many years in stable condition.

Depending on the type of attack she had, there are conflicting reports if it was a heart attack where the cardiac system is damaged like for example parts of her heart being damaged therefore stopping her heart and breathing or a embolism which happens when sitting still on a plain for long she's not out of the woods yet. Both of them can give you more attacks after the first major one.

But the big question is if she got oxygen to her brain continuously. If she went without for more than four minutes (Which unfortunately sounds likely.) then there's brain damage.

God I hate being the bringer of bad news in this thread.
