how do I review my support tickets?
They should be sent to your email.
I've recieved the automated emails... but thats it
When you sent a support ticket, you should get an email with the ticket number (check your spam if you did not get it), if you want to add something, just respond to that email. The answers from support will also come as email.
But there is no way to see what you wrote in the first ticket.

After you sent the support ticket gog sends you a notification over email that they got your ticket. When they finish your ticket or have to contact you they will send you an email. Gog doesn't have an inbuilt system that would show you the status of your ticket if that is what you were looking for.

IOW, OP, there is no "here's a summary of my tickets, with various options to manage them" support webpage.

It's basically a "respond to the emails" system.

BTW, I've used support several times over the years, and have had good results each time. Don't let the "system" scare you.. :)
And bear in mind that GOG staff don't work on weekends, so if you send it today for sure nothing will happen until next week.
Also, be patient. If you send another message, it will move you back to the bottom of the queue, so don't send any nag-mails.
Making an altar and sacrificing a uplay account sure speeds up the process.

You might have missed the memo..

That has been debunked.
