I have both these games on Steam, but GOG is giving me a "Not found in your Steam library" message. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening?

I got Frozen Synapse as a gift, but The Witcher I bought myself.

You could try the following:

1) Ensure that your Steam profile is public.
2) Do a hard refresh (Ctrl+F5) on the GOG Connect page.
3) Clear your cookies+browsing history.
4) Do an account refresh by clicking here: https://www.gog.com/account/refresh

If all else fails, contact support about it: https://www.gog.com/support/contact/general_website_questions

1) My profile was indeed Friends-only, but I have changed it to public and I still can't redeem the games. Did both 2) and 3) steps.

4) I don't understand what you mean with account refresh. Just F5, or do you mean something else?

It's the same, yes. "No eligible games found" and on the list of games "Not found in your Steam library" when you mouth over the game in question.

I'll contact support then. Thank you both for your help.

Solved! I have both games on my GOG library now.
