I'm trying to redeem a code, but when I do literally nothing happens. The little button looks like it's processing for a moment, then nothing. I don't get an error, no info shows up, just the same exact screen. Has anyone had this issue before and resolved it or have any advise?

Hmmm... cant say I've encountered it myself, but hopefully somebody will have an insight for you.
