That is rather strange. My first suggestion would be to try again a few hours (or a couple days) later. If you've already done that, perhaps you could try messaging a blue?

Yeah, sorry about the inability to pay, I had to cancel my card. Just use a different one ;)

I used a card this morning that I didn't know had expired. When I called the company they said, use the new one we sent you idiot! I found them downstairs in a pile of mail activated them, but they won't go through either.

The Card Company says everything is clear on their end and for some reason it's GOG who all of a sudden won't take it.

It's my only card so I'm kind of screwed if they won't take it. :P

Other than waiting for support's answer, the usual suggestions are to verify that the card is usable for international purchases, especially through Cyprus (which you should have already gone through with your old card), and to try it again in a couple of hours.
You could also give the wallet a try once you manage to get your card working again though.
