It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

It's been two days, and all I get when I try to log in using Firefox is a GOGbear. Now, I like the bear as much as I'm sure we all do, but in the long run it's a bit annoying. I was waiting to see if anyone else reports the same problem, but I've seen nothing, so am I the only one with this issue?

No problem here. I'm also using Firefox and I've just tried to re-log myself. Nothing went wrong. For a start, did you try to delete GOG cookies from your browser?

Heresy! You are truly blessed to witness the GOG Emperor of Bearkind's repeated appearance. If anything, it's a privilege :P.

I've just logged in using Firefox, so probably yes? Have you cleared your cache and all?

Using Firefox 92.0.1 (64-Bit) with "fully loaded" Ublock Origin here. No issues. (Windows 10)
I only use Firefox, and have no problems at all with this site.
No issue here. Try yelling at your ISP/DNS.
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Fedora; Linux x86_64; rv:92.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/92.0

Try giving about:support a poke.

Have you tried disabling/pausing your adblocker, to see if that's the cause?

Huh, that seems to be it. Never would have thought of that. I was sure it had to be something with GOG, because it started when I was already logged in - I started getting GOG bears when trying to post in the forum (and literally a couple minutes after I did make a post without a hitch). Weird that it would suddenly become an issue. Anyway, thanks.
One does not simply log out of Gog.
Are you using noscript? I have trouble sometimes on Firefox to log in because I don't get the recaptcha thing then I go to the noscript button and set all to temporarily trusted and then I can log in and again I don't any recaptcha thing

If you have script blocker or ublock configure to block google like me, you have to allow it on gog because they stick to this stupid google captcha witch is worse than any DRM in my opinion

Each their own priorities - mine is playing DRM free games, yours is using the GOG website. I've actually never seen a captcha here; probably because I don't log out - because why would I? This is my personal computer.

OT: solutions:
- Don't use an adblocker here.
- Wait until the Ublock Origin (or whatever you're using) people solve this issue.
- Send them an email to bring it to their attention.
Very unlikely to be a solution:
- Contact GOG support about it.

It's not GOG the problem, it's google, as i use some script blocker, even if i allow it for GOG, it still block as google can't access the information they need to track me so google resend me captcha every time. I also set firefox to clean cache when i quit and an extension to delete cookies so no i can't stay logged in and i won't remove security because GOG decide to use this stupid protection when they can use something else. Steam for exemple only ask Steam Guard but don't force you to use google when you don't want to.

I noticed on FF 62 or something Google captcha's stopped working. It's quite annoying the push to keep upgrading.

Have they started using this crap only recently because I don't remember being deterred from logging in before? Either way, they are using reCAPTCHA's v3 which is invisible to the user i.e. no more AI-training images but now you're being subjected to algorithms instead which IMO makes it even worse. As if I needed any more reasons not to conduct business here.
