hey guys, i need some help. today i downloaded the Witcher Goodies Collection cuz it was for free on special sale.
but i can't click "install button" and there's no offline installer either.
i checked some threads and tried ways to fix it though, not gonna work.
tried the same thing via website though, didn't go well either.
actually i was able to download zip files of the game from the "EXTRAS" but i don't know how to install it with those files.
the point is other games are available to install, so i wonder why only the Witcher can't be installed.

any ideas?

The Witcher Goodies Collection doesn't include Witcher games in it.

'It includes arts, books, soundtracks, the making of videos, Video Game Show concert, wallpapers, and many more goodies from all The Witcher games gathered together for the first time.'

So you don't install anything, you just unpack the files and enjoy Witcher games lore :-)

Personally I am totally the opposite. W1 is the best game in the whole set. It is different, but that does not make it bad. It’s got a good linear campaign, interesting combat, and did not encounter any bugs.
W2 i have not been able to play (even though I got the collector boxed). But I hear it’s quite a weak game.
W3 I have played, and it is very much on the trend at the moment. Open dull world with endless 2 or 3 encounters, controller can’t jump over a twig and gets stuck in geometry, “grungy hard hitting story” which is mostly naff. Combat was ok, obviously built with console and controller in mind. Never got that far in even after 3 attempts.
Gwent, meh, don’t get these vs card games like hearthstone.
Not played thronebreaker or board game.
So I would definitely recommend the first one unless your into modern day console “rpgs”.

I'd start with Witcher 1 first. It's still a great game, even in 2020, and it's a great inroduction to the world and the characters.

Depends of your concept of "action game". The combat parts are essentially mouse-controled.
Like Diablo or Baldur's Gate games
In fact you can play the first game only with a mouse if you so wish or you can also control your character with a keyboard. The game allows both modes.
