Smannesman: I'm not sure why you're telling me this since I'm well aware of it.
Did you somehow assume I thought it was a Windows tablet?

(genuine curiosity, not anger BTW)
Just rambling, like how someone talks to themselves to figure out a problem...

dane534: Already have the game loaded/working on my laptop ... and I will attempt to transfer from my computer to my tablet as a zip (as suggested). If, for some fault of my own, I'm not able to get it up and running on my tablet, I have plenty of other games to toy with on the flight. Or perhaps I'll have better luck with one of my Gabriel Knight games...
I don't know how the Android versions of DOSBox work and whether they support all the features that the game requires, but basically look into files "dosboxPHANT.conf" and especially "dosboxPHANT_single.conf" what they contain, and try to perform the same steps in the Android DOSBox (not sure if it contains similar config files you can edit yourself...).

The latter config file shows the steps to run the game within DOSBox.

dane534: Hi -- I have a RCA Viking 10 tablet that I will be using on some long flights next month. I was hoping to play Phantasmagoria (which I purchased from GOG earlier). It installed fine on my 17" laptop ... but I am having problems getting it to install/play on my tablet.
HI, i just tried it on my Galaxy Tab and got it running pretty easylie.

1. Run the GoG Installer on your Windows machine
2. Copy the Phantasmagoria Folder onto your Tablet [i put it in the standard Folder where the dosbox.config was locatet storage/download)
3. Just because i'm lazy i renamed the Folder to "Phantas"
4. Start DosBox and change to the Folder
5. Run phcd

That was all that i had to do to get this game running, didn't expect it to run that smooth, ok the Videos are a little
bit small but yeah i guess i could fix that, but nah.
