Any details on what the issue is? Are you trying to install through Galaxy or the Classic installer? What error message (if any) do you get?

Same issue. Have the Fig Backer - Base Edition and the INSTALL button is greyed out. Have restarted the client several times and the issue persists.

Yup, pre-load available and apparently it released on time.

Same issue, Fig Premium. Double clicking on the game in GoG Galaxy refreshes the Library screen. Attempting to download classic leads to a bunch of dead links.

Same issue here and I have as well the FIG version, I crowfunded this game, and that other versions get released before is utterly a joke, we should get the PRIORITY over rest, why the fuck are we supposed to crowfund a game if we are the last ones to be able to play, this is something that GOG has to learn, and know who to prioritize first.

Also a Fig Backer here. Can't install my game! If I click on the game in my library in galaxy it jsut refreshes the page instead of opening the game page. When ich click the little arrow and select install from the drop down menu it just opens a popup with a loading circle but it keeps loading endlessly.

Really embarassing for GOG. The first PoE had also issues on GOG (patches weren't released on time). I usually prefer GOG over Steam but Steam is overtaking GOG when it comes to service.

I hope I can still play today! Fingers crossed...

Doesn't work. Galaxy still doesn't do anythind and when I try to download one of the 7 (!) parts for manual downlaod it gives me 404 page not found.

I just love the salt... as if Steam is the f'n savior...

Gotta love the I want it 5 minutes ago mentality... then again 90+% of the users here probably have known nothing but clients...

*pines for the days of making boot disks trying to get soundblaster drivers / mscdex for cd-rom and above 580k base memory for 90 % of games to work...
