Hello, a message for GOG developers.
Whenever I start Galaxy, the main page tries to load up until I get the "not connected" error message.

Toxictom pointed a solution on another thread:
"I was able to fix the problem with the following steps (Windows 7):
1. Start -> type cmd
2. right-click CMD icon -> run as administrator
3. on the now open console enter the following: netsh winsock reset catalog
4. restart computer "

It works for me, but I don't want to do that everytime I open Galaxy.
Everything works perfectly on my computer, Galaxy is the only software causing issues. And it used to run great in the past. Clearly the latest updates broke something.

Afekay: Hello, a message for GOG developers.
Just a fyi. Like most support forums, they're customer driven with little to no staff interaction.

You have two options:

1) On the front page of the forums, there's a sticky labeled:

"STICKY: GOG Galaxy - Official Discussion Thread"

Since that thread is monitored, you probably should post there:

https://www.gog.com/forum/general/gog_galaxy_official_discussion_thread

2) You can try contacting them directly via a support ticket:

Good luck
