If the chargeback doesn't work, sen gog support a ticket explaining the situation and if they can give you official verification that the code is invalid.
Then send Eneba support the response and demand a full refund under their terms and conditions:
4.3.2. the Product (activation code) is not working as expected (indicated as invalid or used when the Customer tries to activate it on the right platform).

by the fact there are very few legitimate gog key sellers (humble being one of the few and they use an API sign in, rather than provide keys).

It's not a correct key or it would redeem. It's either a complete scam key or it's a legit one that was purchased via stolen card and already used (although I believe you'd get a message indicating the key was used). Seriously, I took a quick peek at that website. It's a grey market reseller at best, along the lines of G2A and while you may get lucky and get valid keys, you will get burned eventually. Did you not wonder how the game could be sold so much cheaper there than on other sites?

Just eat the sour apple now and never buy anything from sites that do not host the games themselves, and instead use well-known providers like GOG and Steam directly in the future.
The fact that these kinds of keysellers are selling a newly released game much cheaper than the official store really should make you see some massive warning signs right there...

I recently bought the game Cyberpunk 2077 from Eneba, which is a key selling site. At first i missread the title and thought it was for Steam but it was for GOG. I thought as long as i get the game and can play it ill be happy, turns out that was going to become a problem because when i was gonna activate the key i get the following error message:
Invalid Code
We are very, very confused. Please try again. If the problem persists please let us know.
Ive tried multiple times both on GOG galaxy and on the website but it doesnt work. I hope someone has a fix for this because i really want to play this game.

as users pointed out, it is best to purchase GOG products directly from us rather than third party sellers.
for now i'm going to lock this thread to avoid spam
all the best
