Hello eveyone!
I recently bought the game Cyberpunk 2077 from Eneba, which is a key selling site. At first i missread the title and thought it was for Steam but it was for GOG. I thought as long as i get the game and can play it ill be happy, turns out that was going to become a problem because when i was gonna activate the key i get the following error message:

Invalid Code
We are very, very confused. Please try again. If the problem persists please let us know.

Ive tried multiple times both on GOG galaxy and on the website but it doesnt work. I hope someone has a fix for this because i really want to play this game.

You may want to seek a refund from "Eneba" as GOG does not support or condone key resellers.
Yes, this is a know issue. The keys aren't valid. Contact Eneba for a refund.
Contact Eneba and request a refund.
If you then still want to buy the GOG version, buy it on this website.
Don't buy from the grey market.

Ive already contacted them. They say the following:

It looks like GOG is experiencing some technical difficulties regarding redemption and thus as a result there might be some delays in redeeming the keys. For now the best suggestion would be to wait for an hour or two and try to redeem the code again. If that doesn't resolve your issue, another suggestion would be to get in touch with GOG support and tell them you are unable to redeem the product key and ask for clarification on why that is the case.

Mate, they arent legitimate resellers.
They are fobbing you off.
While I'm not certain, my first reaction is that someone bought a key, put it on said site, then refunded the purchase from GOG. This way they would get your money and GOG would get nothing. Get your money back and buy from the source instead (ie. here).

That's them saying "not our problem". And for GOG it's like someone wanted to go to the concert with a ticket scribbled with crayons that it's a valid ticket, and he demanding to be allowed in because the seller told him it was "legit fo sure".

My advice, challenge the charge with your credit card.
