StingingVelvet: This thread is 6 hours old and is the first I've heard of it. If it is a persistent issue or takes a while to fix then I will agree it is bad, but unless I've missed something for weeks now I again think you're being hyperbolic.
Good for you. Maybe you don't use offline installers, maybe you don't backup your collection assiduously or maybe you just have a lot fewer games than I do.

This is at least the 3rd time (possibly 4th) I've had to get someone to intervene and it has taken weeks to resolve in the past.

If I hadn't made a fuss, I'm pretty sure some of those links would still be broken.

And this is just for the installers. I'm not even bothering with patches anymore (a lot of those are broken too and have been for a while).

I'm getting tired of having to make a fuss about it. Maybe I'm just gonna take a break from buying games for a while. I'm not gonna have to make a fuss about it then and I'll save my money.

StingingVelvet: Also the offline installers are available and easier to get through Galaxy. Are those downloading?
No idea. I'm on Linux.

AB2012: - Shadow Tactics Blades of the Shogun (Part 2, 64-bit version only)
- Shadowrun Dragonfall - Director's Cut (Part 1)
- Shadowrun Returns (Part 2)
That's a bit strange. I don't see Shadowrun Returns (Part 2) installation file. Maybe it was Shadowrun Hong Kong? Also Shadow Tactics Blades of the Shogun is definitely missing some 32Bit installer files. Probably a Part 2 since the second installation file size is 140 MB.

We already know that whatever internal build system GOG uses is fully manual, but this is one of those times I recommend everyone put away their stick shift and let automation take over. Nobody should be having to manually poke builds to deploy them.

I'm also noticing an atypical slowness when loading gamecards.

Also, given that other people have gone to the trouble of creating a third party database, most of the work has been taken care of, GOG's devs could just manifest destiny since it's already based on data they should already have access to.

Alarmingly, Dungeon Keeper II is missing, and I feel like that's a notable enough title to get someone's attention.
Distant Worlds Universe is also MIA.

Shadowrun Returns definitely has two parts (and part 2 still shows "File Not Found"). At least the Windows version does (is it possible you're looking at the Linux version?)

As for Shadow Tactics Blades of The Shogun, you're right. Not only is part 2 of the 64-bit version still missing, but the 32-bit version is broken for a different reason (it's only 140MB vs 4GB of the 64-bit version, and installing it installs only 8 files (GOG meta-data files totalling 1MB) but no actual game. Hovering the mouse over the 32-bit versions also shows en1patch3 / en1patch4 instead of en1installer / en1installer.

Indeed, that's been there months. 2/3rd of the time spent testing the games earlier in above post was sitting there waiting 3-10s per click after switching game-card. Anyone else remember the good old days when the site looked like this and was as fast as community support response times used to be...

I have mistaken the English version of Shadowrun Returns with another selected language. It appears that other language game installers have only one installation file each.

SargonAelther: You can add Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice VR to that list.
As well as Batman Arkham Knight. The main game offline installer for sure; DLC is fine.
I can confirm an immediate "404 - Not Found" error for:

-What: offline installers
-Using: Web browser
-My location: Somewhere in Mexico
-Exact hour of the attempts: From 5:45PM to 6:40PM EDT (Eastern Daylight Time)

-NEW: World in Conflict: Complete Edition (Part 1 of 3) (v1.0.1.1 (gog-3); 43 MB; Windows, Español. Note: While the English file works fine!
-NEW: The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings Enhanced Edition (Part 5 of 7) (v3.5.0.26g; 4 GB; Windows, English)
-Already reported on post#2, Amnesia: A Machine For Pigs (Part 1 of 2) (v1.0; 3MB; Windows, English)
-Already reported on post#2, Dishonored - Definitive Edition (Part 2 of 5) (v334700 2022; 4 GB; Windows, English)
-Already reported on post#2, Dishonored - Definitive Edition (Part 3 of 5) (v334700 2022; 4 GB; Windows, English)
-Already reported on post#2, System Shock: Enhanced Edition (v1.2.16; 256 MB; Windows, English)
-Already reported on post#2, Shadowrun Returns (Part 2 of 2) (v1.2.7 (A); 0.9 GB; Windows, English)
-Already reported on post#1, F.E.A.R. Platinum (Part 3 of 3) (3.1 GB; Windows, English. Note: The other 2 parts started downloading)
-Already reported on post#18, Dungeon Keeper™ 2 (v1.7; 439 MB; Windows, English)

Plus, A big number of offline installer files took a painfully
long time to show the "Save as" window
(I did not chrono them, but lets say more than 80 seconds, at least!)
Like this one:
-(Reported on posts#2&15) Shadow Warrior (2013) (Part 2 of 3) (v(gog-1); 3.9 GB; Windows, English)
To immediately throw "Failed - Network error" when starting to download...

So basically, since post#2 (11 hours ago) until now nothing has changed...

I consider this service disruption a highest priority issue
the support team of this store has to address ASAP!
I am raising my ticket right now!
Ticket raised. Request #1536265

Is this problem somehow related to build deployment? Since this issue seems to be also with games where the files haven't changed for a long time, this seems more like an issue with the download servers?
Sorry for this question as it will seem as off-topic, but I rather not create another topic to something that might be just a little personal problem on my end, so I will ask it here:

Have anyone else experienced problems with payments being approved?
I tried to use the Batman series discount code to buy some Batman games, but no matter how many times I try, payments are not being allowed with debit card.

Are there any chances that this is a GOG's servers fault, because of all this offline installers being broke, or it is only on my end?

Thank you very much.

Here's how I imagine it: Even if the files haven't changed/are stale, they are refreshed every so often with a new master copy to prevent corruption and/or data rot. This would use the same mechanism as a new build, but would be silent.
I'm getting gog.com servers returned an unknown error when trying to install Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance 1 and 2 with GOG Galaxy, haven't tried the offline installers yet. I imagine this is related to the issue in this thread.

edit:

I can do the offline installers.

Offline installers don't work for me as well. Kind of pissed since I just bought some stuff and was about to download it.

Edit: I just saw Clownski_'s post. I hope that service gets restored soon.

I don't think I saw the Witcher 3 Complete mentioned yet. Galaxy download stuck at 92% then failed, doesn't work at all. The big blue "DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL NOW" on the website is not working, 404 error. The offline installer did work but I cannot go back to a previous version; the whole reason I bought the game on gog
This would be a ditto for me. I bought Magical Drop 6, and I can't download it via offline installer (404 error) or Galaxy (E9 error). I also saw updates for Mechwarrior 5 and Twin Cobra both fail as soon as I turned on Galaxy.
