DProject: Project Van Buren (Fallout) without a doubt.
this
They made a game about the 7th President of the United States?
Silent Hills
For me, it's probably , which I learned about shortly before it was cancelled. The [url=http://neverwintervault.net/project/nwn1/module/paladin-twilight-and-midnight]Paladin trilogy sadly seems destined to forever remain incomplete.

AlexZeusMercer: Legacy of Kain Dead Sun
Yeah that and the other scrapped Legacy of Kain game looked bad ass.
Black Isle's Torn
Duke Nukem 3D: Reloaded, I'm not sure if this game is canceled or just halted.

The versions of Duke Nukem Forever that 3d Realms went through before we got the disappointment that came out eventually.
I was interested in that Alone in the Dark remake they were working on. It seemed to take a little too much influence from Resident Evil with QTE and such, but it looked rather nice and atmospheric. Now we're just stuck with the weird modern-day reboot.
Hello Kity and The Barbies in Pony Land :P I have no idea why they cancelled it :(
Indiana Jones and the Iron Phoenix

That Indiana Jones game that showcased the euphoria engine.

And Wet 2.
Yes, I enjoyed the first one.
Fallout 3, hands down. I remember reading some of the dialogue tree options from the design document and I was blown away by the sheer depth of how downright sneaky, backstabbing, conniving and devious your character could be.

There is no true depth to dialogue options in games, anymore. What started with the Tex Murphy games and was continued by Mass Effect has piddled out in what became Fallout 4.

Bethesda did do a few things right with Fallout 4, but dialogue was not one of them.

I weep for Van Buren.

Looking at the old trailers I thought it would have been a blast if it came out like that back in 2001.

It could have been awesome in that state at that time but no.
Star Wars Battlefront 3 (Lucasarts version.).
