I'm currently in mental deadlock on which version of Pathfinder to buy. It's either the highest, purely for the season pass, or lowest (the in-betweens are just not worth it). I've still got a week to think about it...
I'm still working off my backlog from the period when I backed basically every Kickstarter that contained the words 'Infinity Engine' in its pitch, so I'm trying not to buy too many more, but I'm definitely keeping an eye on Pathfinder,.
I keep to older games, but since I've backed the Bard's Tale I'll surely give it a few hours before waiting for a few patches within 6 months or so.
Now I'm also waiting for Disco Elysium - Detective rpg
I'm waiting for the dungeon crawler Arakion.
I have no idea whether it counts as an RPG but I'm looking forward to BIomutant. Also, anything that is similar to Elder Scrolls Oblivion or Skyrim coming to GOG. So the nontraditional or current mainstream RPGs that incorporate third person, I guess.
Now, can we get some love for The Last Remnant Remastered guys? Hell, make some noise! Thank you, thank you.

Isn't this a PS4 exclusive? We don't even have the original at GOG and if I remember correctly it was taken off Steam, too.

I think SE pulled out the Steam version in favor of the upcoming PS4 release. Perhaps, and I really hope so, it will be timed exclusive, followed by PC rerelease. Who knows...

Why? I played the game on PC back then and it certainly wasn't any good.

Well, besides the chaotic story progression and some obvious texture streaming issues, the game is extremely deep and unique compared to many other JRPGs. Certainly not for everyone's taste.

In short, I kindly disagree with your statement.

I just hope that with "deep" you are neither talking about the gameplay nor the characters (which were really bland). After all, there is a reason why this game scored so badly (comparatively) back in the days.

Is it for PS4 only?

And no offense, but the newer version just looks like a shadows' facelift ("let's make it brighter" and that's that).

Reminds me of people comparing Skyrim and Skyrim Special Edition.

BeatriceElysia: I see very little buzz about Bard's Tale IV, or Pathfinder Kingmaker. I preordered/backed both, and I'm happy with development of games I plan to play.
Bard's Tale is out in less than three days, while Pathfinder needs a whole week before it's release.
I'm also looking forward to Iratus Lord of the dead, Children of Morta, Spire of Sorcery, and Eitr.
Other than that, Labyrint of Refran, Mineko's Night Market, Wytchwook and Eternity the last Unicorn are others I hope to see soon.

What are yours?
Insomnia: The Ark looks interesting, System Shockish., they are apparently in talks with GoG according to the Steam forums.
