its basically a cut down 3DS or a smart phone
it has a quadcore cpu
it has enough power to run linux


( and off course no doubt to sideload nes roms )

Most Linux people I know will do whatever seems fun to them, no matter how absurd or pointless that is. We see they try to put Linux everywhere. Ps2, Xbox, android phone etc. This mini nes is just their newer victim.

Some even goes as far as making Vulcan renderer for original doom game

I just told her this in PM (she seems to be ignoring me) but Amazon really screwed up. When they released it all of them vanished in a few minutes. About an hour ago they all showed up back on Amazon only now priced from $250 to $500.

God knows how long I will need to wait for one but I suppose there are greater tragedies in life. :P

ps2 actually had a official linux distro
it was a kit with a keyboard mouse and 40 gig hd

and the ps3 supported it right out of the box until the other os fiasco
