You're pissed that you didn't get to be an exception to the *clear* refund policy of within 2 weeks *and* 2 hours played? Yes, there are exceptions, but that's no reason to expect you to be one of them.
Up until last month 'for any reason' wasn't even a valid reason for a refund on GOG if you had already downloaded the game, whether you had played it or not.
Granted, now they have the better refund policy so going forward it's definitely the better choice in that sense.
